You can also give through the Vineyard Church North Phoenix giving system, as long as you specifically designate your gift as for use by “Vineyard Community Charities”.
Did you know VCC is a Qualifying Charitable Organization with the state of Arizona? This means your support of families or individuals in need may allow you to claim an Arizona Income Tax Credit. Imagine how “your gift plus a tax credit” work together to purchase food for the Vineyard Food & Clothing bank, to purchase supplies for school children, to support the elderly and poor with home repairs, and much more.
Arizona’s Charitable Organization tax credit law allows individual taxpayers a tax credit of up to $400.00 or up to $800.00 as a married couple filing jointly. In return, the donor receives a dollar-for-dollar reduction on their Arizona state tax return. This credit can be taken in addition to the school tax credits, and the foster care tax credit.
Vineyard Community Charities is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and has a notice of certification that it is a Qualifying Charitable Organization. A copy of this certificate is posted in the Compassion Building at 6250 W Peoria Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85302.
Contact us if you have questions regarding how this works.
To securely give by text message from your mobile phone, text the dollar amount you would like to donate plus the letters VCC to 623-299-8210. Example: “25 VCC” will result in a $25 donation to VCC (include a space between the amount and VCC). The first time you “Give by Text” you will be prompted to fill out a short sign-up form.
Vineyard Community Charities has a free, convenient service for converting your extra car, truck, or RV into a tax deductible donation benefiting the Compassion Ministries of VCC. For more details, please click on the vehicle icon. Thank you so much for your generosity!
Food donations may be dropped off during Food Bank hours.
We accept all new and gently used men’s, women’s and children’s clothing donations. Please be sure to launder any clothing you would like to donate and put it in bags. We have a donation box on the East side of the compassion building where you can deposit the clothing.
